The items that I ordered came today. Although it took quite a bit of time, I was waiting for it because I use a lot of the garlic, and I was hoping that your product will help me along. Unfortunately, the product is made from very thin plastic and as a result, one of them had cracks. I took pictures so that you can observe where the cracks are. I am not sure if I’m able to use that piece at all. The only thing I can suggest is making them out of really sturdy plastic.
The package, as you can see was poor and offered no protection to the unit, which arrived in bits!!
As you will see from the photos.
It requires to be boxed with adequate protection.
I was so excited to receive your product, but what I got was complete disappointment. I received your merchandise in smashed pieces and in bewilderment as to how a fragile product like this could be shipped so carelessly. Really disappointed and saddened by the transaction.
Två klyftor får man dela i mindre bitar, annars kan man inte stänga burken! Väldigt liten burk om man jämför på bilden med verkligheten. Spricka vid första användningen! Väldigt dyr burk med även tullkostnad!!!😡😳
I have continually reached out over the course of several months, requesting an update on my order and I have received no response
I placed two orders. One order PTWA4W5NJ.for 1 $28.48 was a gift and the person I gifted it to at the time of purchase I entered their address and they received it.

Please update the status of my delivery or refund my $44.49 for order #KDCHL58PP
Dear customers, I never received my merchandise which I ordered in June 2026. I have emailed the company multiple times and they replied when I got the bank involved. They promised a refund and still haven’t gotten it. Customer don’t shop because this company is unethical and don’t care for the customer. They claimed my merchandise was mailed and sent the tracking information; however, it never reached my home. The bank reached out to them and they informed the bank that I got the merchandise. The company lies and has no integrity! Don’t purchase anything from than corrupt company!!! This week, I emailed them and haven’t responded.
